Nouveau Global Ventures has informed that the 37th Annual General Meeting of the Members of Nouveau Global Ventures is scheduled to be held on September 29, 2025 at 1:00 p.m. through Video Conferencing (“VC‟) or Other Audio-Visual Means (“OAVM‟) in accordance with the relevant circulars/notifications issued by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs and Securities & Exchange Board of India.

The company has also informed that, pursuant to the provisions of Section 91 of the Companies Act, 2013 read with Rule 10 of the Companies (Management and Administration) Rules, 2014 and Regulation 42 (2) of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, as amended, the Board of Directors of the Company have fixed the dates for closure of Share Transfer Books and Register of Members. The Register of Members and Share Transfer Books shall be closed from September 23, 2025 to September 29, 2025 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of 37th AGM of the Company.
