HCL Infosystems soars on completing acquisition of remaining 15% stake in Pimpri Chinchwad e services

As a result, Pimpri Chinchwad e-services became wholly- owned subsidiary of HCL Infosystems

HCL Infosystems is currently trading at Rs. 15.99, up by 0.37 points or 2.37% from its previous closing of Rs. 15.62 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 15.80 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 16.12 and Rs. 15.65 respectively. So far 14067 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'T' stock of face value Rs. 2 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 24.39 on 20-May-2025 and a 52 week low of Rs. 11.78 on 07-Apr-2025.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 16.60 and Rs. 14.95 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 518.83 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 62.89%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 0.01% and 37.10% respectively.

HCL Infosystems has completed acquisition of remaining 15% stake i.e. 7500 shares of Pimpri Chinchwad e services, subsidiary Company from INDO Enviro Integrated Solutions (formerly known as IL&FS Environmental Infrastructure and Services, Indo Enviro Integrated Solutions) at a value of Rs 1 per share. As a result, Pimpri Chinchwad e-services became wholly- owned subsidiary of HCL Infosystems.
