Pursuant to Regulation 30 Read with Schedule-III of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (‘Listing Regulations’), Sayaji Hotels (Pune) has informed that the Board of Directors of Super Civiltech, wholly owned subsidiary of the Company in its meeting held September 5, 2025 have appointed Priyanshu Kothari as Chief Financial Officer of the Super Civiltech Private Limited with effect from September 5, 2025.
