Ace Alpha Tech has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on September 05, 2025, has inter-alia, approved the appointment of M/s Abhishek Gupta & Associates, Company Secretaries, as Secretarial Auditor of the Company for a term of 5 (Five) consecutive years from the financial year 2025-26 to financial year 2029-30, subject to the approval of the shareholders of the Company.
