Borana Weaves informs about proceedings of AGM
Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (‘SEBI Listing Regulations’) read with SEBI Master Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/PoD2/CIR/P/2023/120 dated July 11, 2023 and SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/CFDPoD1/P/CIR/2023/123 dated July 13, 2023 (‘SEBI Circulars’), Borana Weaves has informed that the 5th Annual General Meeting (‘AGM’) of shareholders of the company was held today Wednesday, September 10, 2025, commenced at 11:30 am and concluded at 12:03 pm through Video Conferencing (‘VC’) / Other Audio Video Means (‘OVAM’) facility. The proceedings of the AGM are enclosed as Annexure A and is also being uploaded on the Company’s website. Details of voting results as required under Regulation 44(3) of the SEBI Listing Regulations will be submitted separately.
