Westlife Foodworld has informed that 42nd Annual General Meeting (this AGM/the Meeting) of the Members of the Company was held on Wednesday, 10th September, 2024 at 2:00 pm, through Video Conferencing (VC) or Other Audio Visual Means. Amit Jatia, on the request of the other Directors present in the Meeting, chaired the proceedings of the Meeting. A total of 40 members attended the Meeting in person.
