NTPC, Rajesh Power Services and Sona BLW Precision Forgings to see some action today

Brightcom Group has signed a MoU with Project DYNAMO, Inc.

NTPC and the Government of Gujarat have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) on October 9, 2025 during the Vibrant Gujarat Regional Conference held in Mehsana, Gujarat. The MoU aims to explore opportunities in both conventional and non-conventional energy sectors. With a diverse portfolio of thermal, hydro, solar and wind power plants, NTPC is dedicated to delivering reliable, affordable, and sustainable electricity to the nation. 

Rajesh Power Services (RSPL) has signed multiple Memorandums of Understanding (MoUs) with the Government of Gujarat. The MoUs envisage a cumulative investment worth Rs 4,754 crore. As part of the MoUs, Ahmedabad based Rajesh Power Services will establish and execute turnkey projects for conversion of overhead HT (High Tension) Lines into underground cable networks in different regions of Gujarat. These projects have the potential to generate employment for over 33,000 people over the coming years, which highlights the State Government’s commitment to inclusive economic growth and skill development in Gujarat. 

Sona BLW Precision Forgings (Sona Comstar) has signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) with NEURA Robotics GmbH at Metzingen, Germany. The official announcement serves as a basis for establishing shared objectives between Sona Comstar and NEURA Robotics regarding a strategic collaboration to jointly develop advanced technologies, components, and sub-assemblies, as well as the industrialization of robots and humanoids in the Indian and other mutually agreed-upon markets. 

Brightcom Group has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Project DYNAMO, Inc. (Project DYNAMO), a veteran-led humanitarian organization known for high-risk evacuations and disaster response operations across conflict and catastrophe zones. Under the MoU, Brightcom’s Defence division will integrate and deploy its command and decision-support platforms, That will enhance crisis response, evacuation coordination, and disaster recovery, strengthening national preparedness and civilian resilience during emergencies.

Lloyds Engineering Works (LEWL) has entered into a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with FlyFocus Sp. z o.o., a Warsaw-based specialist in unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs)--commonly known as drones and avionics systems, to jointly develop and manufacture the Defender SIGINT UAV, a next-generation platform for signals intelligence (SIGINT) and electronic surveillance applications. Under this MoU, the Defender UAV (Drone) will be developed exclusively with Lloyds Engineering for India, ensuring complete localisation, technology transfer, and eventual indigenous production under the Make in India framework.

Leading Telecom Operator in Netherlands has selected Subex to deliver a single, converged platform for MVNO billing and wholesale partner settlement, extending an existing relationship across Routing, Interconnect, OTT, SMS, DCB, and Wholebuy Billing. The engagement includes end-to-end managed services, hosted from Subex’s UK datacenter. 

Jaykay Enterprises (JKE) has acquired additional 36,00,000 Preference Shares of the face value of Rs 100 each for an amount aggregating to Rs 36 crore in JK Defence & Aerospace, wholly owned subsidiary of JKE, pursuant to the Rights Issue.
