Pursuant to the Regulation 30(5) of the SEBI Listing Regulations, as amended, and the Company’s Policy for Determining Materiality of Information for Disclosure to Stock Exchanges, Midwest has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company have authorized the Key Managerial Personnel (‘KMP’) of the Company to determine the materiality of an event or information and for the purpose of making the necessary disclosures to the stock exchanges under Regulation 30 of SEBI Listing Regulations.
