NTPC Green Energy informs about board meeting
Pursuant to Regulation 29 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, NTPC Green Energy has informed that the meeting of Board of Directors is scheduled to be held on Wednesday 29th October 2025, to consider and approve Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the half year and quarter ended September 30, 2025. Further, pursuant to the provisions of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 read with Company’s Policy framed under the said regulations, ‘Trading window’ for dealing in the securities of the Company has already been closed from October 1, 2025, shall remain closed till 48 hours after declaration of unaudited financial results of the Company for the quarter ended September 30, 2025.
