Inox Wind, RateGain Travel Technologies and Adani Energy Solutions to see some action today

TCS has expanded its 18-year partnership with ABB

Inox Wind (IWL) has secured new orders aggregating to 229 MW, further strengthening its growing project pipeline and reinforcing its position as a preferred partner for renewable energy developers. The company has received a 160 MW order (112 MW firm order with an option to extend by an additional 48 MW) from a leading Indian IPP player for the supply of its 3.3 MW wind turbine generators, for projects being developed by the customer across multiple sites. The order also includes limited-scope EPC services and multi-year operations & maintenance (O&M) post commissioning.

RateGain Travel Technologies has completed acquisition of Sojern, the leading AI-powered marketing platform built for hospitality. The transaction brings together two complementary forces in travel technology, RateGain’s expertise in Martech, revenue optimization and distribution with Sojern’s demand generation and traveler engagement capabilities, to create one of the most comprehensive AI-powered growth platforms, serving 13,000 customers in the Americas, Europe, Middle East and Africa, and Asia Pacific.

Adani Energy Solutions (AESL) and RSWM have signed an agreement for supply of 60 MW of Renewable Energy. Under the agreement, AESL will manage the entire green power value chain for the additional power requirement of RSWM. Towards this, RSWM invested Rs 60 crore under the Group Captive Scheme with a renewable genco for the supply of 31.53 crore units of green power per annum to its manufacturing facilities across Rajasthan. With this addition, the contribution of renewable energy in RSWM’s total energy requirement will rise from the current 33% to 70% in the near future (two thirds of its total energy mix).

Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) has expanded its 18-year partnership with ABB, a global leader in electrification and automation. The partnership aims to modernise ABB’s global hosting operations, simplify its IT landscape, and strengthen its digital foundation to drive resilience and innovation. As part of this multi-year engagement, TCS will operationalise ABB’s Future Hosting Model, a next-generation modular IT infrastructure designed to streamline systems.

Zydus Lifesciences has received tentative approval from the United States Food and Drug Administration (USFDA) for Budesonide delayed-release capsules, 4 mg (USRLD: Tarpeyo Capsules, 4 mg). Budesonide is indicated for mild to moderate active Crohn's disease involving the ileum and/or the ascending colon in adults and children 8 years of age and older. Budesonide capsules will be produced at is Zydus Pharmaceuticals, SEZ-II. The group now has 425 approvals and has so far filed 487 ANDAs since the commencement of the filing process in FY 2003-04.

One 97 Communications (Paytm) has entered into a partnership with Groq, the U.S.-based leader in real-time AI inference, to bring fast, intelligent, and cost-efficient AI to its platform. Under this collaboration, Paytm and its associate entities will deploy GroqCloud, powered by Groq’s purpose-built LPU, to achieve significantly faster, more cost-efficient and scalable AI inference compared to conventional GPU-based systems. This advancement will support Paytm’s ongoing work in building high-performance AI models that enhance transaction processing, risk assessment, fraud detection, and customer engagement across its platform.

Mahindra EPC Irrigation has received contract from office of the asst engineer for Allied activities required for implementation of Community Micro Irrigation Project. Broad commercial consideration or size of the order is Rs 4.21 crore and is to be executed within 6 months.
