NCL Industries informs about board meeting
Pursuant to Regulation 29 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, NCL Industries has informed that a meeting of Board of Directors of the company will be held on Friday, 14th November, 2025 to consider and take on record the Un-Audited Financial Results of the Company for the 2nd quarter ended 30th September, 2025 and other business matters. As intimated earlier vide its letter dated September 26, 2025 regarding closure of its ‘Trading Window’ the company has informed that the same will remain closed till 48 hours after the announcement of the above said financial results.
