Bengal & Assam Company has informed that a Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Tuesday, 11th November, 2025 at New Delhi, to consider and approve the Un-audited Financial Results (both Standalone and Consolidated) for the second quarter ended 30th September, 2025; further in accordance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, read with the Company's Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by the Designated Persons, the Trading Window close period has already commenced from 1st October, 2025 and will end 48 hours after the said Financial Results are made public on 11th November, 2025.
