Further, in continuation to its earlier letter dated September 24, 2025, regarding closure of trading window in terms with Company’s Code of Conduct for prevention of Insider Trading, the company has informed that the trading window shall continue to remain closed till Friday, November 15, 2025 (inclusive) for all Designated Persons (including their immediate relatives) of the Company.
