Spectrum Electrical Industries has informed that pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, as amended, Kishor Dalu Dhake (DIN: 03109754), Non-Executive - Independent Director, has completed his first term of five (5) consecutive years as Non-Executive Independent Director on 5th November, 2025. The Board members expressed their sincere gratitude and appreciation for the extensive contribution made by him during his first term on the Board of the Company.
