Ladderup Finance has informed that pursuant to Regulation 29 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, the Meeting of Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Monday, 10th November 2025 to consider the following business 1. To consider and approve the Un-Audited (Standalone and Consolidated) Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and half year ended 30th September 2025 and 2. To consider any other business with the permission of Chair. Further, in continuation of letter dated 26th June, 2025, regarding closure of Trading Window, they reiterated that in accordance with the Company's ‘Code of Internal Procedures and Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring and Reporting of Trading by Designated Persons, the Trading Window for trading in the Securities of the Company has already been closed and shall re-open 48 hours after the declaration of Un-Audited Financial Results (Standalone and Consolidated) to the Stock Exchanges.
