FIIs stood as net sellers in equities as per November 06 data: NSDL
The FIIs as per Thursday's data were net sellers in equity segment, while they were net buyers in debt segment, according to data released by the NSDL.
In equity segment, the gross buying was of Rs 15028.09 crore against gross selling of Rs 15354.26 crore. Thus, FIIs stood as net sellers of Rs 326.17 crore in equities.
In the debt segment, the gross purchase was of Rs 3486.43 crore with gross sales of Rs 3246.83 crore. Thus, FIIs stood as net buyers of Rs 239.60 crore in debt.
Of the total debt, FIIs stood as net sellers in Debt-General Limit segment at Rs 682.19 crore, they stood at net buyers in Debt-VRR segment at Rs 525.41 crore, while net buyers in Debt-FAR segment at Rs 396.38 crore.
In the hybrid segment, the gross buying was of Rs 43.79 crore against gross selling of Rs 18.30 crore. Thus, FIIs stood as net buyers of Rs 25.49 crore in hybrid segment.
