Easy Fincorp has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company at its Meeting held today, 7th November, 2025 has considered and approved the Un-Audited Financial Results for the 2nd quarter ended on 30th September, 2025, along with the limited review report of the statutory Auditor thereon as per the Regulation 33 of SEBI (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. The above results have been reviewed by the Audit Committee in its meeting held on an even date.
