Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (Listing Regulations), Astra Microwave Products has informed that the Registrar of Companies, Central Processing Centre (Manesar) has approved the change in the name of the Wholly Owned Subsidiary from Bhavyabhanu Electronics Private Limited to Astra Defence Technologies Private Limited with effect from November 18, 2025.
