With reference to letter dated November 17, 2025, intimating the dispatch of Postal Ballot Notice, seeking the approval of the members of the Company for appointment of S.R. Batliboi & Associates LLP, Chartered Accountants, as the Statutory Auditors of the Company to fill the casual vacancy caused by the resignation of Deloitte Haskins & Sells, Chartered Accountants, and pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Schedule III of the SEBI Listing Regulations, Dr. Agarwal’s Health Care has informed that it enclosed copies of the newspaper advertisements published today in Financial Express (English) and Makkal Kural (Tamil), with regards to the aforesaid Postal Ballot.
