Refex Renewables & Infrastructure has informed that the Company has received intimation from Sherisha Solar LLP (SS LLP), a stepdown wholly-owned subsidiary (through Refex Green Power, a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company), regarding filing of an application for initiation of corporate insolvency resolution process against it by SILRES Energy Solutions under Section 7 of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016, before the National Company Law Tribunal, Chennai Bench, for an alleged default in payment of ₹34,24,38,916.
