Godavari Biorefineries’ step-down subsidiary -- Godavari Biorefineries Inc has incorporated an overseas wholly owned subsidiary with the name of ‘Sathgen Therapeutics, LLC’, in USA. The new entity has been incorporated on November 17, 2025. Consequent to the incorporation of Sathgen Therapeutics, LLC, it becomes a wholly owned step-down subsidiary of the company. Sathgen Therapeutics, LLC belongs to pharmaceutical marketing industry.
