In terms of Regulation 47 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, AGI Infra has informed that it enclosed copies of ‘Financial Express’ (English) and ‘Punjabi Jagran’ (Punjabi) dated November 16, 2025 in which unaudited Financial Results (Consolidated and Standalone) of the Company for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2025 have been published. The aforesaid results have been approved by the Board of Directors of the Company in its meeting held on November 14, 2025.
