Hyundai Motor invests further Rs 21.46 crore in FPEL TN Wind Farm
Post infusion of the second tranche, the company holds 26.49% stake in FPEL TN Wind Farm
Hyundai Motor India has further invested Rs 21.46 crore as the second tranche and has been allotted 25,58,405 equity shares in FPEL TN Wind Farm by way of private placement on November 20, 2025. Post infusion of the second tranche, the company holds 26.49% stake in FPEL TN Wind Farm and the aggregate value of investment stands at Rs 38.05 crore in FPEL TN Wind Farm.
Earlier, the company had invested Rs 16.58 crore as first tranche towards subscription of 23,62,638 equity shares of FPEL TN Wind Farm.
Hyundai Motor India is a wholly owned subsidiary of the Hyundai Motor company headquartered in South Korea. The company primarily manufactures and sells four-wheeler passenger vehicles and parts, such as transmissions and engines in India and outside India.
