Allcargo Terminals has informed that it enclosed the extracts of the newspaper advertisements issued and published today, Thursday, November 20, 2025, in respect of the matters as specified under Regulation 84(1) of the SEBI (Issue of Capital and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2018 (‘ICDR Regulations’). The advertisements were duly published in the newspapers: - Financial Express all editions (English) – Mumbai and New Delhi Edition (attached), Jansatta all editions (Hindi) – Lucknow and Kolkata Edition (attached) and Mumbai edition Lakshdeep (Marathi).
