Billionbrains Garage Ventures has informed that the Board of Directors (the Board) of the Company, at its meeting held today has, inter alia, approved the unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results of the Company for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2025 (the unaudited financial results). In this context, it enclosed the following: Copy of the unaudited financial results as reviewed by the Audit Committee and approved by the Board; Copy of the Limited Review Report, as received from Statutory Auditors, BSR & Co. LLP, Chartered Accountants, on the standalone and consolidated unaudited financial results. The said unaudited financial results with the Limited Review Report are being uploaded on the website of the Company viz. www.groww.in. The Board Meeting commenced at 10:00 am (IST) and concluded at 10:20 am (IST).
