Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, RMC Switchgears has informed that RMC Switchgears has received a Letter of Intent (LOI) amounting to ₹27,77,69,586.82 from Rajasthan Rajya Vidyut Prasaran Nigam for executing the works relating to Construction of 132 kV GSS, KAPARDA SEZ (Distt. Jodhpur) along with associated line (LILO of 132 kV S/C Bilara- Jhalamand Line to GSS, KAPARDA SEZ) and construction of 132 kV S/C Bhawad-Kirmarsariya Line along with 01 No. of 132 kV bay at each, Bhawad and Kirmarsariya GSS including supply of all equipments/ materials (Except Power Transformer), erection (including Civil works), Testing and Commissioning against BN-9015002503 (on Supply-ETC basis). The receipt of this LOI further strengthens the Company’s order book and is expected to contribute positively to the Company’s revenue and growth prospects. The Company shall update the Stock Exchange on further material developments in this regard, if any, as required under the aforesaid Regulation. The detailed disclosure as required under Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 read with SEBI Master Circular SEBI/HO/CFD/PoD2/CIR/P/0155 dated November 11, 2024 is enclosed as Annexure - 1.
