As per provisions of the Regulation 42 of the SEBI (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, CHPL Industries has informed that the Register of Members and Share Transfer Register will remain closed from Monday, 08th December, 2025 upto Monday,15th December, 2025 for the purpose of 36th Annual General Meeting of the Company.
