Universus Photo Imagings informs about disclosure
With reference to letter dated 22 October 2025, wherein the company had informed that the Hon’ble National Company Law Tribunal, Allahabad (‘NCLT’) has by order dated 15.10.2025 dismissed the petition filed by Ankit Jain, a shareholder of the Company and decided the matter in favour of the Company, Universus Photo Imagings has informed that the Company has received a copy of the appeal filed by Ankit Jain before the Hon’ble National Company Law Appellate Tribunal, New Delhi (Hon’ble NCLAT) challenging the order dated 15.10.2025 passed by the Hon’ble NCLT. Additional disclosure under Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 is provided under Annexure A.
