Mahanagar Telephone Nigam informs about extension of additional charge of post of director
In compliance of Regulation 30 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, Mahanagar Telephone Nigam has informed that in continuation to Department of Telecommunications (DoT)’s order of even number dated 18.11.2024, Department of Telecommunications (DoT), Ministry of Communications, Government of India vide its Letter No. E-1- 5/2022-PSA dated 28.11.2025 (copy attached) has extended Additional Charge of the Post of Director (Finance), MTNL assigned to Rajiv Kumar, Director (Finance), BSNL for further period of three months with effect from 01.12.2025 till 28.02.2026, or till the appointment of regular incumbent, or until further orders, whichever is earliest subject to the pending approval of the Appointments Committee of the Cabinet (ACC).
