Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, MIC Electronics has informed that the Company has received a Letter of Acceptance (LoA) from the Vijayawada Railway Division for the provision of an IP-based Integrated Passenger Information System at ANV and YLM Railway Stations under the Vijayawada Division. The total contract value amounts to ₹1,49,88,884.77. In compliance with SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/CFD-PoD-1/P/CIR/2023/123 dated July 13, 2023, the requisite additional details are enclosed.
