Lloyds Engineering Works zooms on entering into agreement with Virtualabs, Italy
The agreement is for development of radar technology in defense and civil applications
Lloyds Engineering Works is currently trading at Rs. 53.27, up by 3.12 points or 6.22% from its previous closing of Rs. 50.15 on the BSE.
The scrip opened at Rs. 53.06 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 54.34 and Rs. 51.56 respectively. So far 3487570 shares were traded on the counter.
The BSE group 'A' stock of face value Rs. 1 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 84.26 on 10-Jul-2025 and a 52 week low of Rs. 42.66 on 07-Apr-2025.
Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 54.34 and Rs. 50.01 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 7860.08 crore.

Lloyds Engineering Works has entered into agreement with Virtualabs S.r.l., Italy, on December 04, 2025, for development of radar technology in defense and civil applications.
Earlier, the company had entered into two Contract Agreements with Kliver Polska Sp.zo.o., Poland.
