SEBI/HO/MIRSD/MIRSD-PoD/P/CIR/2025/97 dated 2nd July, 2025, a special window has been opened for re-lodgement of transfer deeds which were lodged prior to the deadline of April 01, 2019, and rejected/returned/not attended to due to deficiency in the documents/process/or otherwise. In this regard, the Company has published details of the opening of the window in the newspapers, ‘Financial Express’ (English) and ‘Naidunia’ (Hindi) on 6th December 2025.
