Olectra Greentech informs about clarification
Pursuant to Regulation 30(11) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Olectra Greentech has provide clarification in respect of the news article published in EENADU on 09th December 2025, about ‘unveiling of electric car by Olectra Green tech Limited’. The Company clarified that, Olectra Green tech is not engaged in the manufacture of electric cars as of now. The electric concept car unveiled at the Telangana Rising Global Summit 2025 belongs to one of group companies and Olectra Greentech also participated in the said event. The Company will continue to make all requisite disclosures in accordance with Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, as and when any material development occurs.
