Spenta International has informed that in compliance with Regulation 30 & 47 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, read with Para A (12) of Part - A of Schedule III of the SEBI Listing Regulations and SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/CFDPoD1/P/CIR/2023/123 dated 13th July 2023 are provided in Annexure I to this letter that they are enclosing a copy of Newspaper Clipping of the Notice with respect to Transfer of Unclaimed Shares to Investor Education and Protection Fund (IEPF) in accordance with the applicable provisions of the Companies Act, 2013 read with the IEPF Authority (Accounting, Audit, Transfer and Refund) Rules, 2016, as amended, published in Newspapers namely ‘The Free Press Journal’ & ‘Navshakti’ on November 30th, 2025.
