RR MetalMakers India reply to clarification sought on price movement
RR MetalMakers India has informed that this is with reference to letter Ref: L/SURV/ONL/PV/AJ/2025-26 dated December 09, 2025 seeking clarification on significant movement in price of shares of the Company. In this connection, they clarified that the Company has made all disclosures which are required to be made in terms of to the Stock Exchange of all events/information pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. They further confirmed that there is no pending information or announcement from the Company which is price sensitive that could have led to significant movement in price of the Company’s shares. The movement in price of the shares is purely market driven.
