Lloyds Enterprises’ material subsidiary-- Lloyds Engineering Works has incorporated a Wholly Owned Subsidiary (WOS) namely ‘Lloyds Advance Defence Systems’ in India on December 11, 2025. Consequent to the incorporation, Lloyds Advance Defence Systems has become a Step-Down Subsidiary of the Company. The Certificate of Incorporation has been issued by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs, Government of India, on December 11, 2025. The investment in such a company is being done to explore opportunities in advanced defence manufacturing, emerging technologies etc.
Lloyds Enterprises is engaged into the trading of iron and steel.
