Bihar Sponge Iron informs about closure of trading window
Bihar Sponge Iron has informed that as per Company's Code of Conduct and SEBI (prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the trading window for dealing in securities of the Company shall remain closed for the Designated persons i.e. Directors, Promoters, Designated employees, and Insiders/ Connected persons and their Immediate Relatives, with effect from 1st January, 2026 till 48 hours after the declaration of Un-Audited Financial Results of the Company for 3rd quarter and nine months ended 31st December, 2025. The date of the Board Meeting of the Company for declaration of Un-Audited Financial Results of the Company for 3rd quarter and nine months ended 31st December, 2025 will be intimated in due course.
