Pursuant to the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) (Amendment) Regulations, 2018, and in terms of Company's Code of Conduct, StarlinePS Enterprises has informed that the ‘Trading Window’ for dealing in securities of the Company by all the designated person including their immediate relatives of the Company shall remain closed from 1st January, 2026 till the end of 48 hours after the declaration of Unaudited Standalone & Consolidated Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and nine month ended 31st December, 2025. Further it has informed that the Company has also complied with the requirements of Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) circular no. SEBI/HO/ISD/ISD-PoD-2/P/CIR/2023/124 dated July 19, 2023, regarding Trading Window closure period under Clause 4 of Schedule B read with Regulation 9 of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 (‘PIT Regulations’) - Framework for restricting trading by Designated Persons (‘DPs’) by freezing PAN at security level. The date of the Board Meeting for consider and approval of the said financial results will be intimated in due course.
