Lenskart Solutions’ arm gets nod to incorporate new subsidiary company
Upon incorporation, the Proposed Company will become a step-down subsidiary of the company
Lenskart Solutions’ subsidiary -- Stellio Ventures, S.L. (Stellio) has received approval from Board of Directors for the incorporation of a new subsidiary company on December 26, 2025. The proposed entity will be named Stellio Ventures UK LTD (Proposed Company). Upon incorporation, the Proposed Company will become a step-down subsidiary of the company.
The proposed entity is being incorporated with the objective of establishing and operating retail stores in the United Kingdom for the sale of eyewear products and related accessories under the ‘Meller’ brand.
Lenskart Solutions is a technology-driven eyewear company with integrated operations spanning designing, manufacturing, branding and retailing of eyewear products. It primarily sells prescription eyeglasses, sunglasses, and other products such as contact lenses and eyewear accessories, under multiple brands and sub-brands.
