Modella Woollens has informed that the Trading Window for dealing in securities of Modella Woollens Ltd would remain closed for designated persons and their immediate relatives covered under the Code of prevention of Insider Trading in securities of Modella Woollens Ltd, from 1st January 2026 till 48 hours after the declaration of financial results for the quarter ending on 31st December 2025. The Board Meeting for consideration of the said financial results shall be initiated in due course.
