Zydus Lifesciences informs about updates
Zydus Lifesciences has informed that Auroralux S.A.S., Luxembourg, has been dissolved without liquidation, effective December 31, 2025. Due to festive (New Year) holidays, the intimation was received by the Company on January 2, 2026. Auroralux S.A.S. was a wholly owned subsidiary of Zydus MedTech (France) S.A.S., which is a step down wholly owned subsidiary of the Company. Upon dissolution, all the assets and liabilities of Auroralux S.A.S., including its investments in Amplitude Surgical S.A.S., have been transferred to Zydus MedTech (France) S.A.S. Consequently, Amplitude Surgical S.A.S. has become a wholly owned subsidiary of Zydus MedTech (France) S.A.S. The dissolution of Auroralux S.A.S. will not impact the business operations of the Company.
