Further, as informed vide our communication No. TTKH:SEC:SL:268:25 dated December 26, 2025, pursuant to the amended SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and Company’s Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, the Trading Window for dealing in the shares by the Designated Persons of the Company and their immediate relatives, remains closed from January 01, 2026 to January 24, 2026. Accordingly, all the Designated Persons of the Company and their immediate relatives have been intimated not to trade in the Company’s shares during the aforesaid period of closure of Trading Window.
