Avro India has informed that the Company has published the intimation prior to dispatch of notice of ensuing Extraordinary General meeting (EGM) in all editions of Financial express (English) and in Jansatta (Hindi). Further in pursuance of Reg. 30 read with Para A of Part A of Schedule III of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we hereby submit copies of newspaper advertisments published in above mentioned newspaper stating that the extraordinary general meeting of the Company is scheduled to be held on Wednesday, February 04, 2026 at 01:00 p.m. through Video Conference/Other Audio Visual means.
