JSW Infrastructure informs about board meeting
Pursuant to Regulation 29 of Listing Regulations, JSW Infrastructure has informed that Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Friday, 16th January, 2026, to consider and approve, the unaudited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and nine months ended 31st December, 2025. In view of the above and further to its intimation dated 29th December, 2025, the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company that was closed for all the Designated Persons from 1st January, 2026 shall open from Monday, 19th January, 2026.
