HDFC Life Insurance Company declines on reporting marginal fall in Q3 consolidated net profit

Consolidated net premium income increased by 9.03% at Rs 18,351.42 crore for Q3FY26

HDFC Life Insurance Company is currently trading at Rs. 732.45, down by 10.65 points or 1.43% from its previous closing of Rs. 743.10 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 742.95 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 742.95 and Rs. 718.05 respectively. So far 192048 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'A' stock of face value Rs. 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 820.50 on 30-Jun-2025 and a 52 week low of Rs. 584.65 on 15-Jan-2025.

HDFC Life Insurance Company has reported marginal rise of 1.40% in its net profit at Rs 420.73 crore for third quarter ended December 31, 2025 as compared to Rs 414.94 crore for the same quarter in the previous year. Net premium income of the company increased by 8.77% at Rs 18,242.39 crore for Q3FY26 as compared Rs 16,771.26 crore for the corresponding quarter previous year.

On consolidated basis, the company has reported marginal fall of 0.74% in its net profit at Rs 418.19 crore for third quarter ended December 31, 2025 as compared to Rs 421.31 crore for the same quarter in the previous year. However, net premium income of the company increased by 9.03% at Rs 18,351.42 crore for Q3FY26 as compared Rs 16,831.84 crore for the corresponding quarter previous year.
