MMTC has informed that MMTC regularly intimates about any significant event / news that may have a bearing on the Stock prices of the Company, to the Stock Exchanges. There is no significant event in knowledge which needs to be reported to the Stock Exchanges under Regulation 30 of the SEBI (LODR) Regulation 2015 and any other provision of law for the time being, which may have a bearing on the stock prices / volumes of trades of the equity shares of the Company.
