Indo Borax & Chemicals has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on January 16, 2026 at registered office of the company, have inter-alia transacted/ approved the Standalone and Consolidated Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter and Nine Month Ended December 31, 2025 pursuant to the Provisions of Regulation 33 of the SEBI (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. The aforesaid unaudited financial results of the Company as approved by the Board and Limited Review Report thereto, issued by the Statutory Auditors of the Company, are submitted to take on record. The Board meeting commenced at 11.30 am and concluded at 2.45 pm.
