MP Agro Industries has informed that it enclosed the actions taken report under the Special Window for Re-lodgment of Transfer Requests for the month of December 2025, as received from Registrar and Share Transfer Agent (RTA), MUFG Intime India. It also informed that the Company has also communicated shareholders the opening of Special Window for re-lodgment of transfer requests in Newspaper publication on 14th August, 2025, 14th October, 2025 and 16th December, 2025 which is also available on the website of the Company.
