Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Zodiac Clothing Company has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company have vide a Circular Resolution dated 16th January, 2026, approved the allotment of 14,64,414 Equity Shares on a Preferential basis to the following allottees (Promoter & Promoter Group) at a price of Rs 102.43 per Equity Share aggregating to Rs 14,99,99,926.02.
