The details as required under Regulation 30 of SEBI LODR Regulations read with SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/PoD2/CIR/P/0155 dated November 11, 2024, as amended from time to time are given in Annexure-A and a copy of the resignation e-mail is attached.
